Inès Di Folco

Inès Di Folco’s work is like so many floating stories nourished by situated and recomposed forms. Driven by exchanges and transmission of knowledge, the artist collaborates regularly with others and includes loved ones in her pieces. She studied at the Instituto Superior de Havana and she graduated in fine arts from Paris in 2018. She recently presented her work at the Anne de Villepoix gallery (Paris), La Corvée (Paris), and with Drawing a Blank (London). In 2020 and 2021, her works have been exhibited at the FRAC Lorraine (Metz), at the Normandy Salon (Paris), at the Biennale Carbone (Saint-Etienne), at SISSI club (Marseilles). She has also performed at Bétonsalon (Paris) and at the Rencontres de la photographie (Arles), edited several artist books with Elena Valtcheva and the complicity of the Red Lebanese publishing house, and co-created the groups Rose Mercie and Pira Pora.
